Analyzing new work and changes to existing projects to estimate the effort needed and to determine people and test environment requirements. Delivery implementation activities, managing deliverables, planning and forecasting, involved in recruitment and rotation plans, providing test direction for the area. Implementation and co-ordination of the end-to-end life cycle provision of technical direction and governance. Thought-leadership and support of Agile / Scrum development methods and how they apply in the Quality Assurance space. Active participant and engagement in plan reviews, release retrospectives, and post-release war room activities. Collaborate with team leads on planning and execution of "Hardening Period" prior to the release. Development of individualized career paths and technical skill programs that align with the team member’s ability and interests. Provide feedback and recommendations on Test automation across the group. Responsible for leading/refining testing and release processes for multiple product lines. Mentoring test teams continuous automated and manual testing activities throughout agile development iterations to ensure zero defects.
Team management and mentorship of multiple scrum teams (Onshore / Offshore) to ensure all products work together with Enterprise level quality. 
Proven leadership in leading Technology change for a large organisation. Strong understanding of current test automation tools and technologies. Experience of working in a fast paced client facing environment. Strong understanding and experience of Continuous integration (CI) and Continuous testing (CT). Experience in agile delivery within the context of a large technology change program. Strong understanding and experience of agile delivery methods (e.g. I wish to provide expert analysis and testing to make products the best they can be and as close to zero-defects as possible.
